These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods and services at https://krew-clo.com, for delivery in Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands. You are entering into an agreement here with:

1. Acceptance of agreement
1.1 When you place an order on the website, you simultaneously accept these Terms and Conditions. We further refer to the general rules of sale and contract law, including the rules on consumer contracts, in Danish legislation, as these also apply.
1.2 At checkout, you will be asked to enter your name, address, phone number, and email address. You will also be asked to choose a delivery method. Here you can check that the contents of your order match your wishes, and finally make payment. After this, we receive your order.
1.3 We cannot always guarantee that we can deliver the goods you find on our website within a reasonable time, and there may be unintentional errors and system failures that can result in typing errors and incorrect prices. Therefore, no binding agreement has been entered into between buyer and us before the buyer has received an order confirmation from us at the email address you provided when ordering.
2. Prices and Payments
2.1 All prices on the Website are stated including Danish VAT. We reserve the right regarding foreign taxes and duties, which may be incurred if you are located outside Denmark, and which you will be required to cover.
2.2 We accept the following payment methods: Dankort, Visa, Dankort/Visa, Mastercard and Maestro as well as MobilePay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
2.3 The payment transaction is handled by a payment service provider. The purchase is encrypted, so your information is protected against third parties.
3. Delivery
3.1 Items we have in stock can normally be expected to be dispatched within 1-2 business days. As a general rule, your item is delivered by GLS to a parcel shop. If you would like a different form of delivery, please contact us.
NOTE: If there is no space at the pickup point, the parcel will be moved to the nearest pickup point, and you will be notified of this. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
3.2 If you enter an incorrect address or omit information that means the shipping company is unable to deliver your goods for one reason or another, or you do not collect it from your post office within the specified time, so that the goods are returned to us, you will have to pay a shipping fee to have the parcel sent back to you again, if you wish to have it sent again. It is your duty to ensure that you have entered the correct information.
4. Returns and Complaints
4.1 When you shop at https://krew-clo.com you have a 30-day right of cancellation. The right of cancellation expires 30 days after the day on which you received your item.
4.2 Within 30 days of receiving your order, you must give us written notice that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. Notice must be given by email: krewwithak.clo@gmail.com. In your notice, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation and state your order number.
4.3 You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive your order or by failing to collect it from the post office. If the above is not complied with, the shipping company will automatically return the item to us, and you will be charged the actual return costs the shipping company charges us.
4.4 You have a 24-month right to make a claim in accordance with the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
4.5 If you wish to make a claim regarding a defect, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Otherwise, you lose the right to invoke the defect. However, a claim made no later than 2 months from the time you become aware of the fault or defect in the delivered item will always be considered timely.
4.6 There may be cases where we ask you to return the defective item so that we can examine it. You must therefore keep the item safe until you have been in dialogue with us and we have agreed on the further process for remedying the defect.
4.7 Defects will be remedied by repair, replacement, or refund of all or part of the purchase price. The rules on defects in the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.
4.8 If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Remember to enclose a receipt with reg. and account number when sending in your complaint. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for postage so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
5. Fortrydelsesret
5.1 You have the right to cancel your purchases and withdraw from this agreement without giving a reason within a period of 30 days. The 30-day cancellation period is calculated from the day on which you:
- take physical possession of the goods, in the case of a purchase of goods, or
- take physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement covering the purchase of several different items ordered in a single order and delivered separately.
5.2 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us in an unambiguous statement. You can do this by sending us an email with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation for all or part of the order.
5.3 The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. You cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing to receive your order without giving us the explicit notice referred to in point 5.2. If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund the payment we have received from you regarding the cancelled purchase, with the exception of delivery costs. We will refund your payment without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice that you are exercising your right of cancellation, see further below, however.
5.4 We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
5.5 We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods covered by the cancelled purchase, or you have provided documentation that you have returned the goods to us, whichever occurs first. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
6. Reservations
6.1 There may be technical or typographical errors on the Website. We may therefore change the Website without notice, just as we reserve our rights in the event of such errors.
6.2 We may change the Terms and Conditions without notice for all future orders from the Website.
7. Inquiries and Complaints
7.1 If you have any questions, comments, or wish to complain about a product you have purchased on the Website, we encourage you to contact us in writing, after which we will process your inquiry.
7.2 If we cannot find a solution, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
7.3 Consumers residing in another EU country can also complain via the EU Commission's online complaint platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 You accept that in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, or other forms of labor disputes (whether involving our workforce or other parties), failures in transport networks, natural disasters, pandemics (including COVID-19 in its currently known forms as well as any future variants that may arise and cause production delays or delivery challenges), war, riots, civil unrest, willful damage, compliance with law or government order, rule, regulation, or instruction, difficulties in obtaining approvals, in particular import and export licenses, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, energy shortage, fire, flood, storm, or negligence on the part of suppliers or subcontractors, which prevent timely fulfillment of the Agreement ("Force Majeure"), the delivery time for our services may be extended by the period of time to which the Force Majeure event and its impact extend. We will notify you immediately of a delivery delay in the event of Force Majeure.
