krew ships within Denmark via GLS, with delivery in 1–2 business days after ordering.

Orders over 999 DKK ship free within Denmark.

Return policy

krew offers a 30-day right of return and cancellation, starting from the date the order is received.

Returned items must be in original condition. krew does not currently offer free returns. The customer covers return shipping cost.

To return an order:
1. Email krewwithak.clo@gmail.com stating the reason for the return, or
2. Use the self-service return link.

The same link can be used to cancel an order before it ships.

The customer is responsible for the return package until it reaches krew. krew recommends shipping returns with tracking.
